Azure Workbook

Copy the supplied JSON as a new Azure Workbook.

Create the new Azure Workbook and go to Edit and Advanced Editor and paste the JSON definition. The code is available on GitHub.

Download the Upload-AzMonitorLog.ps1 and place it a folder of your choice. This script will be called from the SQLWATCH agent job.
